For an annual membership of as little as $4 per month, you can borrow up to 4 toys for 2 weeks at a time.

Once logged in to our catalogue you can easily renew online for an extra 2 weeks.
See 'Member Options' for further details.

Do I need to clean the toys?

Please return all items you borrow clean and ready to be played with by the next family. This includes outdoor toys and sandpit toys.

There is a cleaning station at the front of the Toy Library in case you do not get to do this at home.

What variety of toys can I borrow?

Our toys are organised into 8 main categories to make it easier to select something appropriate:

  • Activity
  • Beginner
  • Coordination
  • Dress Ups
  • Expression
  • Fun & Games
  • Music
  • Puzzles

Toys are labelled with an identifying number and toy description including number of pieces and suggested age group.

Does the Toy Library accept donations?

Yes! We gratefully accept donations of good quality toys so that they can be enjoyed again and again long after your children have grown out of them.

The toys don’t need to be new, but they do need to be durable and robust enough to be able to withstand a lot of play and easy to clean (so we don’t take soft toys or teddies).
